After a few odd jobs, Oral moved to Wisconsin where she met Jack Deans. They were married in 1958. Jack worked at AC Sparkplug, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, building Titan missile components for the Government. While in Milwaukee, their first daughter, Jodi, was born. In 1962 Jack was offered an overseas job with the Foreign Diplomatic Service of our U.S. government. During their overseas travel they went around the world and traveled in many countries. While stationed in Athens, Greece their second daughter, Jaci was born. The next move was to Bangkok, Thailand, where their son Frank Morgan was born.
After nearly 40 years living in various locations around the world, Oral and her husband Jack have recently retired to a home on the beautiful Homosassa River, Florida. They are enjoying the boating and fishing for which this area is known. They are also enjoying traveling the world on a pleasure basis. They have recently returned from a trip of three months to Africa.
Daughter Jodi lives near them and is a cosmetologist. She has two sons, ages 18 and nine. Daughter Jaci lives in the Washington, DC area, with one daughter, age nine. Jaci is an EMT and is currently working as a 911 Operator for Prince William County, Virginia. Son Frank was a Medic during a stint in the Navy, and afterward continued his schooling and is now a nurse for several doctors in a clinic at Homosassa. He lives near Oral and Jack and has a daughter, 10 and a son nine.
