I have two terrific sons and a wonderful daughter-in-law; one adorable grandson who will by two years old in December. My youngest son is engaged to a lovely young woman.
I have lived in Wisconsin since 1964. I have worked most of my adult life and have always been involved in sales. I’ve been in Real Estate and ended my career in sales as Manager of the St. John Boutique at Marshall Fields. I retired from that position two years ago.
My greatest accomplishment is of course my children, but I have had many awards through the years and feel humbled to have received them. [With some prodding, it was discovered Jean received Marshall Field’s Finest Award not once, but twice. This is the only time the Award has gone to the same person twice. It is very special to her, as it is an award that is voted on by fellow associates as well as top management.]
I look back on my life and give thanks for my parents and family, my wonderful friends and the sense of community growing up in Fox Lake and most of all, my classmates.
